TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure Webinar #1
Schwartz & Associates is proud to present the first in a series of webinars related to the upcoming TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosures changes that will affect most loan applications taken on or after August 1, 2015. This first webinar is a general overview. It touches on the history behind the implementation of the forms as well as takes a brief look at the loan estimate and closing disclosure. We also touch on a few key definitions and changes related to variance cures. The next two webinars will be a more in-depth look at each of the new forms – the loan estimate and closing disclosure. We are working to finalize both of those webinars now and will post here in our Newsworthy section when complete.
