Compliance Guide Updates from CFPB

CFPB has updated their Small Entity Compliance Guides for the Ability-to-Repay and Qualified Mortgage Rule, and the TILA/RESPA Mortgage Servicing Final Rules. The updates include changes impacting certain nonprofit organizations and rule changes addressing the ability to cure QM points and fees cap errors on certain transactions in certain circumstances.
