Fannie Mae Selling & Servicing News, Featured News – Aug. 3: Fannie Mae to begin accepting SOFR ARMs

As of Aug. 3, Fannie Mae will accept SOFR Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (ARMs) and begin issuing SOFR-based MBS. All Fannie Mae Single-Family applications have been updated to include the new SOFR ARM products.
